Support - Getting Started

When you sign up for Storemill for the first time, you will be taken through a wizard which will prompt you to select a theme and choose a name for your store. Once you have completed your order, you will given two URLs.

Store Address

Typically it will be of the form mystorename.storemill.com though later you can add your own domain name if required. Use this address at any time to view your store.

Admin Address

This provides access to Storemill. To use Storemill, you will need to login with the email address and password that you provided when you signed up for the service.

Uploading Products

The first thing you will probably want to do after having a look around Storemill is to begin adding products. To do this, please login to Storemill (via your admin address) and then click 'Products' at the top of the page. Click 'add new' to begin adding your first product.
